I update the blog during the weekend early mornings when my significant other is in bed. I enjoy writing in the mornings or in pockets of time, say waiting in line.
Me
I am VERY PASSIONATE about my job but have decided that it tends to consume me wholeheartedly. I love it because I find purpose, it’s never the same, and I love the people I work for and with. Just like anything, balance is key. In order to maintain that healthy balance, I’ve recently realized that I should consistently take the time during the weekends to pursue other things that I love, writing (say a blog like this one), exploring (via books, reading other people’s blogs on line, traveling). I have an uncanny fascination with tools and gadgets. I am always doing product demonstrations for family and friends.
I am also a wonderlust. I believe in bibliotherapy, in various forms, from “university on wheels” to curing my insomnia problems.
Generally, I have this belief that with a catalyst, such as finding a right tool, understanding a key information, life can take a turn for the better. I used to forward clippings of information to my friends whom I think can benefit. I also badger my family and friends of new tools or ideas I find, thinking that these ideas can change their lives, as they have to mine.
I recently learned that blogging provides me a forum to disseminate this information to others who have similar interests or needs.
