Apps I Love

I measure the usefulness of an app based on the frequency at which I interact with it and its impact (whether I consider it as “life-changing”).  I use Springpad, Astrid, and Xmind everyday and these tools practically changed my life!

Springpad is an excellent repository of information (checklists, books to read and read, movies I saw).  Astrid on the other hand is a powerful to do list manager.  It enables tasks to be shared, designated recurrent, to be hidden until a specified time before the deadline.  Nowadays, all I work about are the tasks with deadlines after and on today and if I am feeling good, tasks that upcoming the next week. Xmind is a great way to draw connection between information for planning purposes.
